For the first time in EDC history, Camp EDC will run May 13–24, 2027, connecting both festival weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Five confirmed fall dance dates: High Stakes Festival, PRIDE Rainbow Rave, Road To Dubstation Massacre, Paul Oakenfold + The Crystal Method, and INZO.
A city transport primer from Visit Las Vegas covers local buses, the Monorail, taxis and rideshare. Plan the Speedway journey separately.
Visit Las Vegas’s LGBTQ+ Getaway Guide offers ideas for drag, dining and nightlife while you plan time in the city.

Choose what you want to hear about. Your selected topics belong together in one Las VeGays email per month.
The ride home is the part people improvise, and it is the part that goes wrong. Decide it before you leave.
Sunrise is when tens of thousands of people leave at once. Rideshare surges, shuttle lines stretch, and phone service is at its worst. Agree how your group gets home while you are still sober and have signal.
Festival transport passes are sold apart from admission and are limited. If you want one, sort it early rather than the week of.
Rideshare and drop-off points get redrawn year to year, sometimes night to night. Check the official map the day you go rather than trusting last year or a friend’s screenshot.
There is no version of this where driving high or drunk at 5am is the reasonable option. Budget for the ride, or budget for a room. Both are cheaper than the alternative.
The festival sets its own rules and revises them most years. Use this as a checklist, then confirm specifics at the source.
Bag size, permitted items, age policy, and re-entry are set by the promoter. Las VeGays links the official page rather than reprinting rules that may already be out of date.
Official rules and FAQThe desert runs hot in the evening and genuinely cold before dawn. Bring a layer you are willing to carry, and shoes you can stand in for eight hours. Fashion that fails at 4am is not fashion.
Bring a charged battery pack. Screenshot tickets and ride details. Then agree a physical meeting spot and a time, because that is the plan that still works when the network does not.
Carry government ID. If it does not match your name or presentation, you are still entitled to be treated with respect. Ask for a supervisor if you are not, and tell us afterwards so it gets logged.
Better to say this plainly than pretend nobody uses anything. Read it once so you are not deciding in the dark.
Free refill stations are part of the venue. Drink steadily through the night rather than catching up at the end. Heat exhaustion arrives as confusion, cramps, headache, or a sudden stop in sweating.
If you take anything, someone sober enough to notice should know what and when. Counterfeit pills and powders are contaminated with fentanyl often enough that it is a realistic risk. Test strips and naloxone save lives, and carrying naloxone is legal in Nevada.
Medical and ground-control tents exist for exactly this, and staff are there to treat you. If a friend is overheating, unresponsive, or frightened, walk them to help and stay with them. Do not leave anyone alone to sleep it off.
Unwanted contact is not the cost of being visibly queer in a crowd. Move toward staff, light, and your group. Tell someone. To put it on record with Las VeGays afterwards, use the contact page.
In an emergency, call 911. Do not wait for a post here. Flag the nearest staff member or medical tent and get help moving.
The festival is part of a city that is ours all year. Pre-parties, afters, day recovery, and the places that are good to us.
Drag, nightlife and community nights across the year, updated as they are confirmed. Festival-week listings join the same stream once organisers announce them.
GuideNeighborhoods, heat reality, and the local context people ask about first.
OrganisersSend it in now, months ahead. Submissions are reviewed before anything appears, and approved festival-week events build up here well before the weekend itself.

Whenever there is something confirmable to say. During festival week that can be several times a day; the rest of the year it is quiet. Every entry is timestamped, and RSS beats checking back.
Say so and it gets corrected. Being corrected fast beats being confidently wrong on a page people use to make decisions.
