Join the first fan queue. Share your name, email, ZIP code, and quantity now; when fans are physically ready to ship, we'll email the queue in order with the Square pay link and shipping step.
Returns + refunds
When Square checkout opens, the first fan drop will use a 14-day return window from delivery. If your fan arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
If you change your mind, send the unused fan back in original condition within 14 days of delivery. After we receive and inspect it, we will refund the full $33 purchase price to the original Square payment method. Customer-paid return shipping applies unless the issue was caused by Las VeGays.
