- Operational records we need to review submissions, reply to support questions, prevent spam or abuse, and follow up when a queue request or event submission needs action.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to run the site, review event submissions, maintain the event and community directory, answer messages, manage the first fan queue, prevent spam, improve the browsing experience, and document operational or legal needs tied to Las VeGays.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted event, contact, or fan-queue information to train AI models. We do not run ad pixels, retargeting, or paid-audience sharing for this preliminary launch.
Cookies and Analytics
Las VeGays uses essential storage to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. Optional privacy-conscious analytics tools are loaded only after analytics are accepted, and help us understand aggregate behavior such as page views, traffic sources, clicks, scroll depth, page friction, and file downloads. Public forms are marked for masking where analytics tools support it, and ad pixels or retargeting are not active.
You can decline analytics from the notice or reopen the choice from the footer. If tracking expands beyond this posture, we will update this policy before activating the expansion.
Email and Message Retention
For this preliminary launch, Las VeGays uses an 18-month active retention default for support, contact, event-submission, and fan-queue email records, followed by a 5-year archived retention period when records may be needed for audit, dispute, operations, or legal reasons.
We may keep some records longer if required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, tied to a payment/refund record, or necessary to protect the site and community. Future account data, Square payment records, and WordPress database records may need separate lifecycle rules before account features or checkout go live.
Shop Lite and Refund Records
The first fan drop is queue-first: this site does not collect payment, billing address, or shipping address on the queue page. When Square checkout opens, Square will handle payment data under Square terms. Las VeGays may keep order, support, damage, replacement, refund, and return-shipping messages needed to complete and document the order.
Your Choices
You can ask us to correct, review, or delete information you submitted by contacting info@lasvegays.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, payment, dispute, or operational reasons.
